Themed "Future of Sustainable Fashion: Inspired by Nature", the summit provides a platform for university students studying fashion design to showcase their creativity, develop entrepreneurial skills, and gain industry recognition.

    • Provide high-visibility for young designers.
    • Cultivate entrepreneurial and design skills.
    • Offer scholarships, mentorship, and exposure to international fashion trends.

  2. Target Audience:

    • Fashion students from Kenyan universities.
    • Fashion industry stakeholders (designers, media, and investors).
    • Institutions offering creative and fashion studies.

  3. Event Timeline:

    • Fundraising: October 2024.
    • Promotional Campaigns: November 2024.
    • Sustainability Workshop: November 15th, 2024.
    • Creative Couture Summit: 13th December 2024, gathering around 1,000 participants, including 300 fashion design students from Kenyan universities.

  4. Prizes:

    • Cash prizes ranging from Ksh. 100,000 to Ksh. 200,000.
    • Scholarships and brand production support.

  5. Key Activities:

    • Fashion showcases, workshops, panel discussions, and an awards ceremony.

  6. Long-term Vision:

    • To build the capacity of young fashion professionals, positioning Kenya as a fashion innovation hub in East Africa.
